One of the sires that help lay a firm foundation for the section B Welsh Pony. He died prematurely in 1965 after many wins. Most noted as sire of many influential stallions and mares. Added by Marlane who lived at the Downland Stud in about 1967. He died of grass fever and the Cuffs tried everything that they could to save him staying with him all night and day. They were devastated to lose this very important stallion who started the section B standard at Downland. Rocko has 4 crosses to Downland Dauphin in his pedigree.
